Projects.

What I have built and what it changed for the people using it. The work is described in general terms: the companies and their data stay private.

For your business

Work that takes work off a team.

  1. AI sales agenttravel

Offers written while the customer is still reading

The offer is ready before a person has finished reading the request.

A customer writes in asking for a trip. The system reads the request, checks the live inventory and prices, builds the tailored offer an agent would have built, and answers. Putting an offer together stopped being an afternoon’s work and became a quick review. The same approach fits any business that answers customers from an inventory, a catalogue or a price list.

    More

    What was built

    • Reads the request as it arrives, in the customer's own words
    • Checks what is really available, and at what price, in the live inventory
    • Writes the complete offer the way an experienced agent would
    • Replies to the customer, or hands the draft to a person for a final look

    My role

Architecture and lead engineering, from first prototype to daily use.

  2. AI-native CRM

A CRM where the AI reads every message first

Every message read, routed and answered in draft before anyone opens it.

A customer-relationship system built around AI from the start. Messages arrive from every channel into one queue. The AI reads each one, sends it to the right person, and prepares the answer so the person checks instead of types. The team can create its own assistants for the work that repeats, and connect them to the tools they already use. It fits any business whose day is made of customer conversations.

    More

    What was built

    • Every channel in one place, email, WhatsApp and more
    • Each message routed to the right person, with a suggested reply ready
    • Agents the team creates themselves, for their own repeated work
    • Connected agents that reach into the other tools the business runs on

    My role

    Architecture and build.

  3. AI knowledge assistants

Answers from your own knowledge, where the team already works

Your documents answer questions themselves, and stay current as they change.

Several assistants living inside the company chat. One knows the product inside out and explains it to the people who sell and support it, without a developer in the loop. Others answer from the company’s own documents and keep themselves up to date as the documents change. One faces customers on the website. Every answer is checked against a test set before anyone relies on it.

    More

    What was built

    • An assistant that explains the product in plain words to sales, support and marketing, so developers stop being the help desk
    • Assistants that answer from the company's knowledge bases and stay in step with them as they change
    • A version for customers on the website, answering from the public material only
    • Each one sees only what that person is allowed to see

    My role

    Architecture, knowledge design and evaluation.

  4. AI data analyst

Talk to your business data, without handing it over

Ask anything about your numbers. The data never leaves your systems.

Managers and owners used to be limited to the reports someone had built in advance. Now they ask: revenue last month against last year, the best-selling product, what is low in stock. The AI writes the query, runs it against the company’s own systems and returns the result, and because it writes the question rather than reading the data, the data stays where it is. The same technique puts an assistant on top of any system or service a business runs.

    More

    What was built

    • Questions in plain words, answers with the real numbers and the chart
    • The data never enters the AI, so size is no limit and nothing leaks
    • Read-only by design, it can look but never change anything
    • Every answer comes with the working, so it can be checked

    My role

Architecture, and the access and safety design.

  5. Website, seven languages

A tours agency found in seven languages

First page of Google in under two months, and already cited by AI assistants.

A small private-tours agency with a site that behaves like a much larger company’s. Seven languages, fast on any phone, on the first page of Google for its main search less than two months after launch, and already among the sources AI assistants cite when people ask about the destination. Designed after studying what the strongest competitors do well and badly, so it stands apart instead of blending in.

    More

    What was built

    • Seven languages, each one a first-class version, not a translation bolted on
    • Fast everywhere, and built for search engines and for AI assistants alike, the new SEO
    • Content the owner edits alone, hosting that costs next to nothing
    • A bot-filtered contact form and no cookie banner, because nothing needs one
    • Looked after every month

    My role

Everything, from research and design to hosting and care.

And also

  • Social media and inbox triage: what deserves attention, what can be answered automatically, what is noise.
  • Voice assistants, and speech to text and back, for the conversations that do not happen in writing.
  • A workbench where several agents share the steps of a daily business workflow between them.
  • A research flow that studies a market, what competitors do well and badly and what customers say, before a site is designed.
  • The thirty-second reel on the homepage, made with AI from script to picture to sound.
  • When an off-the-shelf model is not enough, one trained on your own data: recognising products or defects in photos, sorting documents, spotting the unusual.

For software teams

AI in the product, and in the way it gets built.

  1. AI assistant inside a product

Ask the software to do it for you

Anything a user can click, they can ask for. It learns how each person likes it done.

Anything a user can click, they can ask for in a sentence, and the assistant does the clicking. It remembers how each person likes things done and gets better over time. It started as a simple helper and grew into the way many users prefer to work. The pattern fits any software with a busy interface.

    More

    What was built

    • Every action in the interface available by asking
    • A confirmation step before anything that matters
    • Memory of each person's preferences, improving from one conversation to the next
    • Works alongside the existing interface, nothing had to be rebuilt

    My role

Architecture, the safety model and the memory design.

  2. AI code review

Every change reviewed before a person spends time on it

Every change reviewed within minutes, on the tools the team already pays for.

A reviewer that reads every code change as soon as it is opened: likely bugs, missing tests, risky edits, all flagged as comments on the change itself. The team fixes them and asks for another look. Nobody changed how they work, the review was simply there, on every change, before a colleague’s time was spent.

    More

    What was built

    • Triggered the moment a change is opened, inside the existing pipeline
    • Reviews against the team's own rules, not generic advice
    • Opens comments on the change, and reviews again once they are fixed
    • Runs on the team's existing tools, so it costs very little

    My role

Design and rollout across several teams of three to five developers.

  3. AI-native development

From assistant to autonomous, one step at a time

The same team, several times the output, without betting the product on a leap of faith.

Most teams are stuck at the first step: AI as a slightly better autocomplete, on a codebase it does not understand. The path out is gradual. First an assistant that knows the code. Then an implementer whose work a developer reviews. Then, with the rules and tests in place, agents that take a task from the ticket to a tested change, and a chat where anyone on the team can brief them. Each step is earned before the next.

    More

    What was built

    • Workflows for legacy code, where AI starts as an assistant and earns trust on real tickets
    • Rules, tests and review gates, so AI-written changes meet the team's standard
    • Agents the whole team, developers and product people alike, can brief in a chat
    • Many agents running a task end to end, from the ticket to the tested change

    My role

I went through every step of this myself, on a large legacy product and on new ones, and now set it up for teams.

And also

  • An agent that reads application logs, spots the patterns and points at the problems before customers do.
  • End-to-end tests run by agents in a real browser, so a release is checked the way a user would use it.
  • Connectors that let AI assistants work inside existing tools, including ones with their own small interface.
  • An assistant that explains the codebase in plain words to sales, support and marketing, so developers stop being the help desk.
  • An agent on top of anything: an old product, a closed interface, an API nobody documented. I work out how it speaks, expose it as tools, and the agent does the rest.
